Our Origin Story
In 2025, trans lives in the United States came under unprecedented attack. From healthcare bans to public smear campaigns to legislative erasure, it wasn’t just policy - it was a campaign to dehumanize and eliminate our community’s most vulnerable.
I was tired of watching companies slap rainbows on their products in June while staying silent when it mattered most. Tired of working under companies that mouthed “diversity” while treating queer workers and customers like liabilities.
So I did something.
I started Manticore Printworks - not just to make a living, but to fight back. To carve out something honest, something loud, something useful. A queer business that puts money on the line, every quarter, without fail.
I hadn’t made a single sale yet. But I still donated. Because this isn’t about optics. It’s about action.
Our Commitment
Every quarter, we donate 5% of our net profits - or a minimum of $100 - to an organization serving the LGBTQ+ community.
For 2025, our donations go to the Transgender Emergency Fund of Massachusetts, which provides direct emergency assistance to trans individuals across the state.
Before we made a single sale, we gave $100 out of pocket - because supporting trans lives isn’t just a marketing line. It’s our foundation.
